Yesterday on the channel TV5 I acted against the member of "Edinaya Russia" Eugene Fedorov, - the chairman of editorial board of FORUM.msk Michael Delyagin told, - which, looking in the official statistics, on the air declared that NATURAL INCREASE OF POPULATION was observed in Russia in 2009. When I paid attention to that lie, he strongly took offence. After that he ABSOLUTELY SINCERELY did not understand the MEANING of a word-combination "fair government". True member of "Edinaya Russia"!

I will tell you at once: there's a lot of correct things in Chubays's speech. About intolerable dullness of tax and customs policies of the three-coloured state. That there's there are the same conditions for bringing in into the Russian Federation of top-level expert and stupid Asian guestarbeiter. Chubays even told about predominating role of the state at placing of targets before innovative community, about its role in technoparks and technopolises. He uttered seditious for liberals thought: say, successful modernisation doesn't have presence of liberal democracy as indispensable condition.
Yes, everything is true. But nothing new. Either we and other people for already ten years have been talking the same and we do it more distinctly and firmer. Only from Chubays's lips it sounds almost floutingly.

All divisions and organisations of "Uzen Munaj Gaz" and joint-stock company "RD (Exploration and Extraction) "Kazakhstan Munaj Gaz" take part in the strike which started on March, 4th and it's already more than ten thousand persons. Nevertheless, negotiation process has not been started yet. Oil industry workers refuse to meet management of affiliated companies to whom they impeached credibility and demanded their resignation, the workers also insist on negotiation directly with the government and fund "Samruk-Kazyna".
Meanwhile, authorities try to gain time and to isolate general strike informatively. Non central channel or large publication has not notified citizens of Kazakhstan on unprecedented action of oil industry workers of Magistausky area begun.

Serious conflict of local residents with militiamen took place in the village Shilovo near Voronezh. It started with mass fight a week ago in which five detectives were beaten and their cars - spoilt by baseball bits. According to inhabitants, law-enforcement officers scoured village for subsequent several days searching for guilty and carried out mass detention, roughly exceeding official powers. They caught not guilty young men and took away to prison whence the last came back with traces of beatings and tortures. On Saturday inhabitants of Shilovo went out of doors and detained four militiamen having demanded to stop lawlessness.

At the annual Shevchenko awards ceremony in Kanev of the Cherkassk area on Chernechaya Mountain where great Ukrainian poet Taras Shevchenko is buried, the president of Ukraine Victor Yanukovich gave promise to promote development of the Ukrainian language as the only state language in the country. "The Ukrainian language will be developed in the country as the only state language", - the newly made head of the state said.
Let's remind, earlier, being the leader of opposition Party of Regions and the candidate in presidents of Ukraine, Victor Yanukovich promised in the electoral program to make Russian the second state language in Ukraine.

Today's authorities in Russia are very much proud of their core and unique achievement - stabilization in the Russian Federation after stormy 90s with disintegration of the USSR, destruction of foundations of society, population impoverishment, default, with war in the Chechen Republic in which conditions oligarchs and demagogues appeared in the country with power organization under the name «ER» which occupied ruling position on elections and in the State Duma.
